Hot Blast Stove System
The hot blast stove is a thermal power equipment that heats the cold air blown in by a blower to a specified temperature and delivers it to the blast furnace.
The hot blast stove system consists of the stove group and external processes such as combustion and blast supply pipelines/valves. By alternately performing combustion/heat storage and blast/heat release operations within different stoves in the group, the system achieves continuous blast supply to the furnace.
Stove Structure
The stove body is a pressurized steel structure internally lined with refractory and insulating materials.
Inside the stove body, refractory structures are laid, including the checker chamber, combustion chamber, and burner components.
