1.1本协议为抗氢钢板制造、检验、验收、供货及运输保护的最低要求。
1.2供方应对抗氢钢板的制造、试验、检验、供货、资料交付、质量保证负有全部 责任,保证所提供的钢板满足本请购文件提出的标准、规范及相关规格书的要 求。
2.1供方应提供所述钢板的制造、检(试)验、验收、标识、包装、运输、问题解 决(如果出现)等服务。
2.2详细清单见表3。
应用系统:a)介质:Gas/Oil /Water天然气/油/水
b) 设计/操作压力为:4.0MPag/1.2 -2.0MPag;设计/操作温度为:110 °C/50-95°Co

以上标准必须采用最新版本。
3.3.1钢板表面不允许有凹坑和绣迹,切边处平面平整、光滑。
3.3.2钢板的宽度方向不允许负偏差,对角线长度公差不大于土20mm。
3.3.3尺寸及公差要求符合SA20;
3.4.1 材质为 ASME SA516 Gr. 70N(R-HIC);
3.4.2 Steel shall be made by basic oxygen or electric furnace methods, fully killed, with a fine grain ractice. Steel shall be processed using inclusion shape control to minimize the occurrence of elongated nonmetallic inclusions and shall be processed using electro slag remelting process to minimize the occurrence of sulfide,钢可由碱性吹氧,转炉或电炉法制造,必须是晶粒度良好的镇静钢。 钢可使用控制杂质形状法以使细长的非金属杂质的含量降至最低,并且使 用电渣精炼法以降低硫化物。
3.4.3 Macroscopic test shall be performed as per ASTM E381. White flakes, cracks andgas holes etc. is not allowed inside the material. Grain size shall be tested as per ASTME381.宏观检测根据标准ASTME381,白点,裂纹,气孔不允许 在钢板中。
3.4.4 Grain size shall be according to original austenite grain. The average grain shall meet the requirement of level 7 or above.晶粒度检测根据 ASTM El 12, 奥氏体晶粒度等级为7级或7级以上。
3.4.5材料交货状态:正火
3.4.6化学元素的要求:Each heat shall be processing heat-analysis and product-analysis and be reported. If the chemical composition of one heat shall not meet the requirement, all the steels from this heat shall be r廁ected.成品和 熔炼分析都需提供,成品和熔炼分析在满足ASME标准的同时也需满足以 下表中要求。

Unspecified elements on heat analysis shall conform to the chemical composition requirements shown in the following table (SA-20M, Table 1):

3.4.7力学性能要求:机械性能在模拟焊后进行,在钢板1/2板厚处进行。
3.4.8 拉伸试验要求:The material as represented by the tension specimen shall conform to the requirements prescribed in following table:钢板的拉伸试验性能应符合下表的 规定。

3.4.9 The specified yield strength shall be less than or equal to 355MPa;材料名义屈 服强度不超过355MPa;
3.4.10 Hardness tests: including welding seam and base material Hardness shall not exceed HRC 22硬度试验:母材包括焊缝硬度不超过22HRC;
3.4.11 The actual testing tensile strength shall be less than or equal to 630MPa,实际 抗拉强度不超过630MPa;
3.4.12 The material shall be performed thickness-direction property test. The percentage reduction of area shall meet the requirement of the fbllowing:钢板 厚度五16mm进行全厚度试验。对厚度方向进行力学性能试验,其断面收 缩率应满足以下方面:For three specimen's average, it shall be more than 三 个试样的平均值应大于 35%; For single specimen, it shall be more than 单个 试样应大于25%;厚度大于25mm的按ASTM770取两个试样执行,其他 厚度按本协议取三个试样参照GB/T5313执行,质保文件中不显示GB标 准。
3.4.13 For plate, all the item testing also shall be performed after Normalization condition and PWHT cycle as per ASME Code Section VIII Division 1 UCS-56. 所有化学成分和力学性能试验应在正火后执行,并且根据ASME规范VIII 卷1分册UCS-56 PWHT要求执行,PWHT见工艺卡。
3.4.14 Nou-metallic inclusion type A,B,C and D of the material shall not exceed level 2respectively and the total shall not exceed level 4.0 in order to improve the ability to resist HB (hydrogen blister), HIC (hydrogen induced cracking) and SSC (sulphide stress cracking). The test shall be as per ISO4967 or ASTM E45, evaluation shall be as per fine level.为改善 HB, HIC 和 SSC 的能力,非 金属夹杂A,B,C,D四种类型分别不超过2级总量不超过4.0级,该测试应 根据ISO4967或ASTM E45的具体要求准确评估。
3.4.15 Plates (heads, shells etc.) fbr vessels in sour service shall be 100% ultrasonically examined for laminations and defects respectively (blind zone is not allowed)according to ASTM A578~(B)II. The inspection shall be performed in accordance with ASME Section Y SA-435 specifying a 75 mm grid. When the shell plates are grooved, UT test shall be performed within the area of 50mm far from grooves (including grooves of nozzles' openings). And surface of grooves shall be tested by magnetic particle or liquid
penetrationNondestructive examination。超声波检测:要在酸性条件下进行 100%的超声波无损检测(盲点不允许),ASTMA578-(B)II级(不允许盲区)。 根据ASMESA-435验收标准,指定一个75mm的格子。当板材出现沟槽, UT测试应在距沟槽50mm的范围内进行(包括开槽的喷嘴)。沟槽表面应 用磁粉或液体渗透无损测试。
3.4.16 Repair welding shall not be permitted.焊补是不允许的;
Identified marking shall be legibly marked by steel die stamped or paint marking on each finished plate, in two places not less than 300 mm from the edges with the following data:识 别标志应在每张成品钢板上距离边缘至少300mm的至少两处用钢印或用喷涂方法清晰 地表示出下列数据:
3.6.1标记应满足ASME SA20的要求。
3.6.2 Manufacturer's name or trade mark 制造商的名字或商标
3.6.3 Heat number and Plate identifier 炉批号和钢板识别符
3.6.4Specification number and grade 标准号和等级:SA-516G「.70N (R- HIC)
3.6.5 Dimension (TxWxL)尺寸:厚度x宽度x长度
3.7.1若出现质量问题,所有更换费用及造成的一切损失由卖方承担。
3.7.2实际供货与最初提供的方案或物品不符,造成采购方整改造成的费用将 由供货方负责,并在总合同中扣除相关费用。
3.7.3需方在项目合同执行过程中对材料、图纸等相关的过程的确认不减轻供 方履行合同、标准及保证产品质量的责任。
受压元件材质证书满足BS EN 10204 TYPE 3.1.

3.8.6 Heat treatment condition: Normalized temperature range and time at temperature热处理状态:正火温度范围和时间
3.8.7 Austenitic grain size 奥氏体晶粒度:If aluminum is used as the grain refining element, The fine austenitic grain size requirement shall be deemed to be fulfilled i£ on heat analysis, the aluminum content is not less than 0.020% total ailuminuni or,altematively,0.015% acid soluble aluminum. Then, austenitic grain size shall not be reported. If not, report the ferrite grain size. 当用铝作为细化晶粒的元素时。在熔炼分析中总铝含量不低于0.020%或酸
溶铝含量不低于0.015%则被视为符合要求,奥氏体晶粒度无需记录;否则记录 铁素体晶粒度。
4.1.1 HIC tested HIC测试
HIC tested according to the following requirements. Plate shall be tested after a simulated PWHT to the same standard ofPWHT as that to which it will be subjected in the final vessel.要根据以下要求进行HIC测试。最终罐体的板材应在同PWHT 相同标准下进行模拟测。

The number and area of hydrogen blistering on surface of specimen shall be reported. The macro photos or charts shall be included into the report, together with photos or charts of hydrogen blistering on specimen surface. Qualification based upon laboratory testing
基于实验室资质的测试
4.1.2 SSCTest SSC 测试
Four-point bent test shall be used according to ISO 7539-2 or ASTM G39. The test shall be performed as per NACE TM0177. The test shall be performed as per NACE TM0177;
Test Solution: NACE Solution A,
Test Stress: ^0.8AYS(actual yield strength);
Test Frequency: manufacturing procedure qualification only, 3 test pieces to be taken per sample specimen; Test Duration: 720 h;
Acceptance criteria: No cracks or no surface failing cracks on the tensile stress region of specimens tested by ten times magnification under low-power microscope.
厚度38mm, 36mm钢板同炉批号取1组进行SSC,根据ISO 7539-2或ASTM
G39, NACE TMO177.进行四点弯曲测试。
测试解决方案:NACE Solution A,
测试压力:N0.8AYS (实际屈服强度);
标准常温常压下进行;
测试频率:仅限制造工艺评定,每个样本中取3个测试;
测试时间* 720h;
接受标准:在低倍显微镜下,样本的拉应力区通过10倍放大后无裂纹或无表面 裂缝。
5.1.1出厂前,需提交的完工资料包括:质量证明文件、化学成分分析、力学 性能试验、硬度检测报告、HIC.SSC测试报告等作为交货的一部分,没 有提供或不完整,不作为最终交货和验收。
5.1.2提供的所有资料至少完工文件需中英文对照,中英文有矛盾之处以英文为 准。
5.1.3钢板供货商的钢板、材质报告及试验报告必须满足国际规范的要求,若 出现业主拒收钢板、材质报告及试验报告(包含HIC,SSC报告)所照成 的损失责任由钢板供货商承担。
6.1.1 Packing, marking and loading for shipment shall be in accordance with the ASTM specification A700.
包装、标记和装运应按ASME规范A700标准进行。
7AA如有不明确或矛盾之处,供货方应书面向需方提出,因供货方没有提出 而出现问题全部由供货方负责,并承担因整改发生的相关费用。
7.1.2 Other requirements shall be conformed to the ASME specification SA-516M and SA-20M.其它要求应按 ASME 规范 SAW16M 和 SA-20M 标 准进行。
