| This specification covers the standard for heat-treated carbon manganese-silicon steel plates intended for fusion welded pressure vessels and structures. The steel shall be killed and undergo normalization, quenching and tempering. Heat and product analyses shall be performed on the materials and results shall conform to the required values in chemical composition in carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, copper, nickel, chromium and molybdenum. Mechanical testing like tension test shall be done on the plates and shall conform to the required tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. | 本规范涵盖了用于熔焊压力容器和结构的热处理碳-锰-硅钢板的标准。钢应为镇静钢，并经过正火、淬火和回火处理。应对材料进行熔炼分析和产品分析，其结果应符合对碳(C)、锰(Mn)、磷(P)、硫(S)、硅(Si)、铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)、铬(Cr)和钼(Mo)化学成分的要求值。应对钢板进行拉伸试验等力学性能测试，并应符合规定的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率要求。 |
