"Corrosion Resistance Test HIC and SSC test shall be carried out for pipe according to the following requirements.

4.5.1 HIC Test 

Product certificate test shall be carried out to one test for each of the first 3 heat steels and 

every 10 heats latter with the same heat treatment process. 

产品合格证测试应对前3个热钢进行一次测试，之后每10个热钢进行一次测试，采用相同热处理工艺。

NACE TM0284 shall be adopted for HIC test, and the test specimen size, number, location, and orientation for pipes shall comply with Section 4 in NACE TM0284.

HIC试验采用NACE TM0284，管道试件尺寸、数量、位置、朝向符合NACE TM0284第4节要求。

 Test solution: NACE TM0284 solution A; •试验方案:NACE TM0284方案A;

 Test duration: 96 hours. 测试持续时间:96小时。

The average value of three sections of each test specimen shall not exceed the following 

index. 每个试件三截面的平均值不得超过以下指标。

 Crack length rate (CLR) ≤ 15%; 

 Crack thickness rate (CTR) ≤ 5%; 

 Crack sensitivity rate (CSR) ≤ 2%. 

●裂缝长度率(CLR)≤15%;

●裂缝厚度率(CTR)≤5%;

·裂缝敏感率(CSR)≤2%。

The maximum individual crack length on any section shall not exceed 5 mm. 

任何截面上的|NM400|单个裂纹长度不得超过5毫米。

Photos or drawings of hydrogen blister on the surface of test piece shall be attached to the 

test report. 试验报告应附试件表面氢泡的照片或图纸

4.5.2 SSC Test 

Product certificate test shall be carried out to one test for each of the first 3 heat steels and 

every 10 heats latter with the same heat treatment process. 

4.5.2 SSC测试

产品合格证测试应对前3个热钢进行一次测试，之后每10个热钢进行一次测试，采用相同热处理工艺。

Four-point bending test specimen shall be taken in the longitudinal direction and shall be 

adopted as per ASTM G39 and test be carried out according to NACE TM0177. 

四点弯曲试验试样应在纵向上进行，并应按照ASTM G39采用，并根据NACE TM0177进行试验。

 Test solution: NACE TM0177 Solution A. 

 Stress to be loaded in the test: 90% SMYS or 80% AYS, whichever is greater. 

 Test duration: 720 hours. 

测试方案:NACE TM0177方案A

测试中加载的应力:90% SMYS或80% AYS，以较大者为准。

测试时间:720小时。

Acceptance criteria: stretching plane of test specimen to be inspected by low power 

microscope under 10 times magnifying, and shall have no cracking or breaking fracture. 

In the event of failure to meet the acceptance criteria, the COMPANY may accept to have four pipes of the same heat retested.验收标准:试样拉伸平面在10倍放大的低倍显微镜下观察，不得有开裂或断裂。

如果不符合验收标准，公司可以接受对四根相同热量的管道进行重新测试。

If retest fails, the said heat shall be rejected and all heats of the said casting sequence shall be tested on two pipes minimum before release or reject of each individual heat of the sequence. 如果重测失败，所述热量应被拒绝，所述铸造序列的所有热量应在释放或拒绝该序列的每个单独热量之前至少在两个管道上进行测试。

In all cases, re-test pipes shall be selected in mutual agreement between the VENDOR and the COMPANY. 在所有情况下，重新测试的管道应在供应商和公司之间的共同协议下选择。

The VENDOR shall investigate and clarify the cause of any failure in order to initiate corrective actions, to the satisfaction of COMPANY.供应商应调查并澄清任何故障的原因，以便采取纠正措施，使订约公司满意。
