SA-516/SA-516M Pressure Vessel Plates, Carbon Steel, for Moderate- and Lower- Temperature Service

SA-516/SA-516M《中、低温压力容器用碳钢板》

3.Name of material 材料名称：

Plates carbon steel SA-516 Gr.70 碳钢板 SA-516 Gr.70

4.Heat treatment 热处理：

Normalizing 正火

5.Vacuum treatment 真空处理：

No 不要求

6.Additional or special tension testing 附加或特殊拉伸试验：

No 不要求

7.Impact testing 冲击试验：

Steel plate should be taken charpy V-notch impact test accordance withSA-370 (Transverse). Acceptance Criteria are in accordance with SA-20/SA-20M.

按照SA-370进行夏比V型缺口冲击试验(横向)，验收标准符合SA-20/SA-20M要求；

8.Nondestructive examination 无损检测：

Steel plate should be 100% UT each plate accordance with SA-578. Qualified acceptance standard is grade B.

按照 SA-578 逐张进行 100%超声波检测，合格验收标准为 B 级；

9.Identification of plates 钢板的识别标志

Plates shall be legibly marked with the following information: applicable ASME designation(year of issue not required); applicable grade, type, and class; heat number;

plate identifier，and name, bland or trade mark of manufacturer . All above markings shall be die

stamped or stenciled on the plate,.

下列内容应清晰的标志在钢板上：适用 ASME 标准号;材料等级，类号和型号，炉号， 板号, 材料制造厂名称或商标。以上所有标识可为钢印或喷涂。

10.Manufacture 制造工艺：

The steel shall be killed and shall conform to the fine austenitic grain size requirement of Specification A-20/A-20M.

钢板应为镇静钢并按 A-20/A-20M.标准细奥氏体晶粒度的要求。

11.Chemical requirements 化学成分：

The percentage of elements(determined by heat analysis) shall conform to the chemical requirement as SA-516 Gr.70N,and the carbon equivalent CE≤0.43%(CE=C+Mn/6).

熔炼分析的化学成分应符合 SA-516 Gr.70N 规定，且碳当量 CE≤0.43%(CE=C+Mn/6)。

12.Mechanical requirements 力学性能：

The material as represented by the tension-test specimens shall conform to the requirements as follows:

钢板的拉伸试验性能应符合下列规定：

Tensile strength, MPa:485-620；

抗拉强度：485-620 MPa Yield strength, min, MPa:260；

屈服强度：≥260 MPa 

Elongation in 200mm, min, %:17；标距 200mm.伸长率≥17% 

Elongation in 50mm, min, %:21； 标距 50mm.伸长率≥21% 

Hardness,≤ 200 HB; 硬度： ≤200 HB；

13.Metallurgical structure 金相组织

The austenitic grain size of the steel shall be Number 5 or finer.

奥氏体晶粒度应为 5 号及 5 号以上。

14.Supplementary requirements 补充要求：

Provide material test report in English.

提供英文质证书

Material testing certificate according to EN 10204 3.1.

质量证明书应符合 ENl0204 3.1 的要求。

15.Test reports 试验报告

The heat number, the plate identifier of the plate tested, and the nominal plate thickness shall be shown on the test report.

试验报告应包括炉号及钢板名义厚度。

The year-date of the specification to which the material is furnished shall be included on the test report.

供货材料所用标准的年号也应在试验报告中注明。

In reporting elongation values, both the percentage increases and the original gage length shall be stated.

伸长率报告应注明原始长度和伸长率。
