加工性能

用户采用的整套加工工艺及应用技术对由本材料制造出的产品的可靠性至关重要。应确保设计、构造和加工方法适用于本材料,符合加工者须遵循的最新加工工艺要求及产品的目的用途要求。用户应自行选择合适的材料,应遵循符合EN 1011(焊接)和CEN/TR 10347(成型)中的推荐,以及关于安全生产的国家规范。

我们建议,在初次使用DILLIMAX 1100 之前向我们咨询。关于DILLIMAX火焰切割、焊接、机加工以及结构性能的详细指导,请参见技术手册“DILLIMAX —— 节约成本的高强度度钢板”。

(1)冷成型

DILLIMAX 1100可在200°C (390°F) 1)以下进行冷成型,但需考虑其屈服强度较高的特性,冷成型前,应打磨成型区域的火焰切割边或剪切边。另外,还建议对在折弯时承受张应力的折弯外侧边缘进行轻微圆滑过渡处理。

冷成型常常会产生钢材硬化和韧性降低效应。与低屈服强度钢种不同,不可将DILLIMAX 1100加热到500°C(1022°F)1)左右进行消除应变硬化效应热处理。

在经历了大级别的冷成型之后,或应工艺规范的要求,可能需要重新进行淬火加回火处理,以恢复 所需的机械性能。在这种情况下,建议在订货前向我们咨询。

加工过程中,须采取必要的安全措施,以防工件在成型中万一出现断裂而造成的人身伤害。

在不产生表面缺陷的情况下,冷成型一般可满足以下指标(t为板厚):

(2)热成型

当温度超过220°C (428°F)1)时,原先生产钢板时进行的挥霍将受到破坏,钢板的接卸性能也因此会受到影响。为重新获得原有的机械性能,就需要重新进行淬火加回火处理。然而,加工厂对成型后工件重新进行的水淬效果往往没有钢厂生产钢板是的淬火效果好,所以加工厂可能无法恢复材料所需的机械性能。因此,本材料并不适合进行热成型。

最后需要说明的是,加工厂应对是否有能力采用适当的热处理工艺,而使本材料具有所需的性能负责。

四、火焰切割和焊接

由于其屈服强度较高,DILLIMAX 1100钢板在进行加工时要特别小心。

火焰切割时,推荐采用以下最低预热温度,板厚20mm (0.8英寸) 1) 以下,75°C(165°F)1);板厚20~40mm(0.8~1.6英寸)1),125°C(260°F) 1)。

关于焊接方面的一般性要求,请参考EN 1011-2规范。由于迄今尚未有焊材可产生与本基材相匹配的强度性能,因此,应通过适当的设计避免焊缝承受满负荷。最低预热温度、层间温度和工作温度应保持在150°C(302°F)1) 到200°C(390°F)1) 之间。

为避免氢致冷裂的产生,只选用那些对母材生我氢含量增加影响很小的焊材。因此,应优先采用电弧保护焊。

对于手工电弧焊,应选用碱性药面焊条(ISO3690标准, HD<5ml/100g级),并按焊条生产商的要求进行干燥处理。

五、一般交货技术要求

除另有约定外,一般交货技术要求适用EN 10021标准。

(1)公差

除另有约定外,公差要求参照EN 10029,厚度适用B级别,平整度最大公差适用表4,H类型钢。更严的平整度要求可在订货前另议(可参考用于伸缩臂架的DILLIMAX TL材料的技术指标)。

(2)表面质量

除另有约定外,参照EN 10163-2标准,适用B3级别。

1. DILLIMAX 1100 basic information

III. Processing performance

The whole set of processing technology and application technology adopted by users is very important to the reliability of the products made from this material. Ensure that the design, construction and processing methods are suitable for this material and meet the latest processing process requirements to be followed by the processor and the purpose and use requirements of the product. The user shall choose the appropriate material and shall follow the recommendations in EN 1011 (welding) and CEN/TR 10347 (molding), as well as the national specifications for production safety.

We recommend that you consult us before you first use DILLIMAX 1100. For detailed guidance on DILLIMAX flame cutting, welding, machining, and structural performance, see Technical Manual DILLIMAX-cost-saving High strength Steel Plate.

(1) Cold forming

DILLIMAX 1100 can be cold formed below 200 °C (390 °F) 1, but the characteristics of high yield strength should be taken into account. Before cold molding, the flame cutting edge or shear edge of the molding area should be polished. In addition, it is suggested that the lateral edge of the bend subjected to tensile stress should be slightly smooth and transitional.

Cold forming often produces hardening and toughness reduction effects of steel. Different from low yield strength steel, DILLIMAX 1100 can not be heated to about 500 °C (1022 °F) 1 for heat treatment to eliminate strain hardening effect.

After a large level of cold forming or at the request of the process specification, the quenching and tempering treatment may be required to restore the desired mechanical properties. In this case, we are advised to consult with us before ordering.

In the process of machining, the necessary safety measures should be taken to prevent the personal injury caused by the fracture of the workpiece in case of fracture.

In the absence of surface defects, cold forming can generally meet the following indicators (t is plate thickness):

(2) Thermal forming

When the temperature exceeds 220 °C (428 °F) 1, the profligacy of the original steel plate will be destroyed, and the unloading performance of the steel plate will be affected. In order to regain the original mechanical properties, it is necessary to re-quenching and tempering treatment. However, the water quenching effect of the processing plant on the workpiece after forming is often not as good as that of the steel plate produced by the steel mill, so the processing plant may not be able to restore the mechanical properties required by the material. Therefore, this material is not suitable for thermoforming.

Finally, it should be noted that the processing plant should be responsible for the ability to adopt the appropriate heat treatment process and to make the material have the required properties.

IV. Flame cutting and welding

Because of its high yield strength, DILLIMAX 1100 steel plate should be processed with great care.

When flame cutting, it is recommended to use the following minimum preheating temperature, plate thickness 20mm (0.8 inches) 1), 75 °C (165 °F) 1), plate thickness 20~40mm (0.8 ≤ 1.6 inches) 1), 125 °C (260 °F) 1).

For general welding requirements, please refer to EN 1011 # 2 specification. So far, there is no welding material that can produce strength properties matching with the base material, so it is necessary to avoid the full load of the weld through appropriate design. The minimum preheating temperature, interlayer temperature and working temperature should be kept between 150 °C (302 °F) 1) and 200 °C (390 °F) 1).

In order to avoid hydrogen induced cold cracking, only those welding materials which have little effect on the increase of hydrogen content in base metal are selected. Therefore, arc shielded welding should be preferred.

For manual arc welding, alkaline flux electrode (ISO3690 standard, HD < 5ml/100g grade) should be selected and dried according to the requirements of electrode manufacturer.

V. Technical requirements for general delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, general delivery technical requirements are subject to EN 10021 standard.

(I) tolerances

Unless otherwise agreed, tolerances are required to refer to EN 10029, thickness applicable to Class B, maximum flatness tolerance to Table 4, Type H steel. Stricter flatness requirements can be discussed separately before ordering (reference can be made to the technical specifications of DILLIMAX TL materials for telescopic boom).

(2) Surface quality

Unless otherwise agreed, the B3 level is applicable with reference to the EN 10163 ≤ 2 standard.
