低温碳素钢板技术要求Remarks for LTCS Plates:

1. All LTCS material shall be killed, vacuum treated and conform to the austenitic grain size requirement of SA-20. Material shall be also drop weight tested as per ASTM E-208.

所有LTCS材料是镇静,真空处理符合SA-20奥氏体晶体尺寸。原料按照ASTME-208须做落锤测试。

2. All Plates shall be new/clean and shall have mill material certificate specifying chemical analysis, mechanical properties and test results in accordance with relevant codes/standards.

所有的钢板须是新的/清洁的且有工厂根据相关牌号/标准显示化学成份,机械性能和测试结果的材质单。

3. All plates shall be Heat treated as per requirements of relevant code.

所有的钢板必须按照相关牌号的相关标准做热处理。

4. Under tolerance is not permitted for the plate thickness. Also Under tolerance in width/length to be clearly announced by mill before production. 钢板厚度小在公差之下不接受。如果宽度/长度在公差之下 ,工厂在生产之前需要做书面说明。.

5. All Plates shall be ultrasonically examined in accordance to ASME code Sec. V and Sec. II, SA-578, level B.Ultrasonic examination of plates shall be done after the specified heat treatment of plates.

所有的板子在做完规定的热处理后必须根据ASME Code Sec. V 和Sec. II, SA-578, level B做超声波检测。

6. Material shall be impact tested at <-48°C as per requirements of ASME Sec. II SA-20.

Result of Impact Test shall contain followings:

Measurement of Lateral Expansion / Determination of percent shear fracture / absorbed energy J (ft-lb) / Plates shall be transversely impact tested.

材质须按照ASME Sec. II SA-20.要求在-48°C做冲击测试,冲击测试结果应该包含下面内容:测量横向膨胀/百分比剪切断裂测定/吸收能量J (ft-lb)/钢板须做横向冲击测试。

7. All Plates shall be simulated PWHT (three times) as per requirements of ASME Sec. II SA-20.

所有钢板须按照ASME Sec. II SA-20要求模仿PWHT (三次)。

8. Suitable marking to be prepared to ease traceability of all plates.

所有钢板须做合适的标识以便易于追溯。

9. Packaging, Marking, Preservation and Loading for seaworthy shipment shall be according to practice ASTM A-700.

包装,标识,存储和装卸应按照ASTM A-700惯例适于长途海运。

10. Quality of all materials to be used for fabrication shall be tested according to the relevant material specification. Materials should have mill test certificates certified by independent inspection agency in accordance with EN 10204 Type 3.1

所有用于制造的材料质量应该根据相关的材料规格。材料根据EN 10204 Type 3.1由独立的检测机构出具工厂检测单。

11. Rimmed Steel Shall Not be used.

不允许用沸腾钢

12. Maximum Carbon content shall be limited to 0.23%. Also Max. Sulfur and phosphorous content shall be 0.015%. 含碳量最高限制在0.23%, 硫和磷最高为0.015%.

Carbon Equivalent (CE) Value shall be announced by mill for checking and approval of client.碳当量值应该由工厂告知用于客户检测验收。

13. All required test coupones for tests mentioend in this MTO shall be estimated and considered by mill. 这个单子里提到的所有检测要求需要工厂评估和考虑。

14. This item is requested to be produced in last batch.
